Where do you ship? We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Where do orders ship from? Every product ships from our US warehouse — no overseas shipping.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive 3–8 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email.
How much is shipping? Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.
Will my order arrive before Christmas? For US orders we recommend ordering by mid-December to allow for processing and holiday carrier delays.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy? You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost — just email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
Ages & safety
Are your toys safety tested? Toys we sell for children under 12 come with a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) or US Certificate of Conformity and testing to ASTM F963 / CPSIA.
What ages are your products for? Each product page lists the recommended age. Drones and stunt flyers are for ages 14+. Model building sets and 3D-printed collectible figures are for ages 12+/14+ and adults. Products with small parts are not for children under 3.
Batteries & charging
Are batteries included? Most RC toys and drones include rechargeable batteries and a USB charging cable. Some remotes and toys need AA/AAA batteries, which are not included — this is noted on each product page.
Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept? All major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.
Do you have a discount for first orders? Yes — use code WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order.
Can I send an order as a gift? Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout.
