Refund policy

We want your kids to love their toys. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. In most cases no return is needed.

How to start a return: Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable items: Items that are used, damaged by misuse, or missing parts; gift cards.
