The Sacred Land -Foreword
Recently, I've been hearing many stories from people about ghosts and spirits. However, most of these accounts are either second-hand stories or vague, unclear sightings. I've pondered a lot over these tales, and finally decided to write down the events I've personally encountered. I must assert that all of these are true stories, involving real people who are still alive, and they all occurred in one place—my maternal hometown.
The series of stories I'm about to share include events I’ve known since childhood, some I’ve directly witnessed, and others that happened when my mother was young. Together, they form a chain of strange occurrences that cast a shadow over my childhood and my family’s lives, painting a picture of the eerie nature of this land. You may choose to believe it or not; I’m just sharing to express what I know.
